I have a couple of in-person book events coming up in November. I'll be at a couple of local libraries, selling and promoting my books.
I'm excited and nervous, as it will be my first in person event!

So welcome to and welcome back to my corner of the world. Spark and Shadow is out in the world now, and you can buy the ebook from my website and the physical book from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and my favorite, Bookshop.org. You can support your local bookstores by using that website. I'm also trying to get my book out in the world more, so doing contests and hopefully some book tables eventually.
Spark and Shadow is going to be an audiobook later this year! I got the same narrator as before, so look forward to that as well.
Life is going pretty well, but there is a time when you need to take time for yourself. Mental health days are super important to take and you shouldn't stint on taking a day just for yourself. I took one for myself and I didn't write, didn't work and just got an errand done. The rest of the day was just relaxing.
Had the chance to get an ARC of a series that's been pretty fantastic! Yuli is the third book in the Guardians of Dawn series, a lovely unique fantasy that is inspired from tales such as Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast. I highly recommend picking up the series.
Looking forward to the next October Daye book in September. l always get a copy for my birthday! This one is bound to be interesting and take a lookst the gorgeous cover!
Other books im looking forward to is the last book in the Buried and the Bound,
Been doing some painting lately as well as my normal cross stitch.They're good activities to calm the mind. I can't be writing or working all the time, even if I feel like I should. You shouldn't overwork yourselves, either!
Next month is the writing conference, Storymakers. It's going tone a blast of a weekend, with lots of classes for writing and publishing.
